Kylie Petersen is the Chief of Client Success at EDT and a former practising lawyer with more than two decades of experience in legal technology, digital evidence, and matter management across Australia and New Zealand. Her career began in private legal practice before she moved into specialist consulting roles focused on legal technology and digital evidence.

Over the past 20+ years, Kylie has held leadership positions spanning software solutions, in‑house legal and commercial management, and consulting across both public and private sectors. This diverse background has given her a deep understanding of how legal, procedural, and technical requirements intersect across investigations, litigation, inquiries, and regulatory matters.

In her role at EDT, Kylie leads client enablement and success, managing a cross‑functional team of technologists, analysts, and consultants. She works closely with development, CloudOps, and DevOps teams to ensure EDT’s platforms evolve in line with client expectations, regulatory demands, and industry best practice. Her focus is on fostering strong partnerships and helping clients build defensible, efficient workflows.

Kylie is widely recognised for her ability to bridge legal practice and technical implementation. She has extensive hands‑on experience with evidence management technologies including RelativityOne, Relativity Server, Nuix Discover, Delium, and EDT. She regularly advises on information governance, defensibility, risk, workflow design, and the impact of emerging technologies such as AI‑assisted review. As a Director‑at‑Large on the ACEDS ANZ Board, she supports community growth through practical education, mentoring, and cross‑sector collaboration.
