With over 17 years of experience across the APAC region, Avram brings a unique perspective, having worked across law firms, eDiscovery service providers, and Big Four consultancies. This diverse background enables him to deliver strategic, defensible solutions tailored to high-stakes legal and regulatory challenges.

Avram plays a pivotal role in leading eDiscovery efforts in complex litigation, designing tech-enabled workflows that align regulatory obligations with innovative legal practice. His litigation support spans class actions, commercial disputes, and regulatory investigations, where precision, defensibility, and speed are paramount.

Avram has advised on matters involving regulators such as ASIC, ATO, ACCC and OAIC, and supported major inquiries including multiple Royal Commissions and Standing Order 52s.

He has also led and supported numerous data breach responses and data reviews across Australia and New Zealand, helping clients manage high-pressure incidents with compliance and confidence.

A certified Relativity Expert with additional credentials in Nuix, he has helped major law firms and Fortune 500 companies navigate digital risk and respond decisively to cybersecurity incidents and litigation demands.
